Andrei Kalesnikau is a director, editor, and colorist from Belarus, currently based in Europe. A graduate of the Minsk Film School (2011), he began his creative journey with short films and music videos, gradually expanding his expertise into cinematic post-production and visual storytelling. Since 2015, Andrei has been working at EPAM, where he serves as a Technical Team Lead in the video production department. He is responsible for designing and overseeing technological workflows, integrating advanced solutions into complex post-production pipelines. As a filmmaker, he has taken on the roles of cinematographer, director, colorist, and editor across more than 30 short and feature-length projects.
